Whistle Blower Policy

It is against GRM’s policy to discriminate or retaliate against any person who has filed a complaint concerning harassment or has testified, assisted, or participated in any investigation proceeding or hearing concerning harassment or any type of whistle blowing.

Process For Determining CEO Compensation

The Executive Director is paid at the direction of the Board of Directors. The director does not set his own salary or employee benefits that he derives. Director raises are determined by a 2/3 majority of the quorum at hand and recorded in the regular minutes of the Board of Directors.
