Gather ’round the table, friends—Thanksgiving is almost here!
The Gospel Rescue Mission warmly invites the whole community to join us for our annual Thanksgiving Supper on Thursday, November 26th, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Wagner Hall (540 SW Foundry St., Grants Pass)
Whether you are a long-time neighbor, a supporter, or someone just looking for a warm meal and genuine fellowship, there is a place reserved for you at our table.
What’s on the Menu??
Our talented kitchen crew is pulling out all the stops to serve up a traditional holiday feast with all the fixings:
- The Main Event: Oven-Roasted Turkey & Savory Roast Ham
- The Sides: Creamy Mashed Potatoes with Giblet Gravy, Wild Rice-Apricot Stuffing, Classic Green Bean Casserole, Sweet Candied Yams, and Gingered-Apple Cranberry Chutney
- Desserts: An array of delicious Pies, Cakes, and Cookies
- Drinks: Fresh Coffee, Iced Tea, and Ice Water
Serving Love in Action
At the Mission, we believe that real community happens when we sit down together, share a meal, and practice the kind of hospitality scripture calls us to. As 1 Thessalonians 5:18 reminds us, “Give thanks in all circumstances,” and what better way to express our gratitude than by sharing the abundance God has provided with our neighbors?
Come hungry, bring your family or a friend, and let’s celebrate the blessings of the season together!
